A systematic three-part examination of the Ancient Astronaut Hypothesis in its strongest form — presenting its principal evidential categories, then evaluating each against the cognitive archaeological record. The DSSM demonstrates that human symbolic cognition was fully sufficient to produce every achievement the hypothesis attributes to extraterrestrial intervention.
