A methodological critique of a geochemical study claiming ancient geopolymer concrete manufacture at Cusco, Peru. The paper examines whether geochemical anomalies, radiometric dates, and morphological observations constitute evidence in the scientifically meaningful sense — or merely consistency with a hypothesis.
